Most people aren’t broke — they’re distracted.
Pick one skill. Commit for 90 days. Watch what happens.

CAPTION B (Story)
I used to wonder why nothing changed…
Until I realized I was “busy” instead of consistent.
This was the shift: one skill, one metric, every day.
#consistency #growth #habits

CAPTION C (Premium CTA)
If you want bigger outcomes, stop negotiating with yourself.
One promise. One daily action. One month.
Comment “PLAN” and I’ll send the framework.

Most creators don't have a content problem.
They have a consistency problem.

Here’s the fix I’ve seen work over and over:

1) Pick ONE pillar
Not 12 topics. One.
If you can’t summarize your message in a sentence, your audience won’t remember it.

2) Build a repeatable format
Example:
- Hook
- Story or proof
- Lesson
- CTA

3) Repurpose aggressively
A 45-minute episode is not “one piece of content.”
It’s 10–30 assets.

4) Remove friction
If publishing takes more than 15 minutes, you won't do it consistently.

Consistency isn't motivation.
It's design.

If you want the exact posting cadence I use, reply “CADENCE.”
